Free Wi-Fi, restrooms and showers, laundry, heated pool, hot tub, game room, recycling center, recreation center, and paved streets. Art lessons and crafts are regularly held in the main hall, water aerobics, video aerobics, horseshoes, bocce ball, and shuffleboard tournaments are an art form here. The residents also hold regular parties, BBQ's and dinners. Some of our regular winter visitors are very interested in music and there are numerous other organized activities and outings.
