From San Diego North County Area: Take I-15 N. To Hwy 78 at Escondido. Travel east on 78 to Santa Ysabel. Turn left on Hwy 79. Drive 13 miles to the beginning of county road S-2 (San Felipe Rd) and turn right. Drive 17 miles to Scissors Crossing (Hwy 78) and turn right. Drive .3 mile, then turn left back onto S-2. Travel about 4 miles to Stagecoach, just past mile marker 21. The campground is on the right side of the road. Please call for best directions, especially if you are arriving from the east.
