On I-75, take Exit 314. Go East on 48. Go through 3 traffic lights and cross over the railroad tracks to the stop sign. Turn left (North) on US 301. We are approximately 2 miles North on left hand side of road.

Open year-round! 55+ singles. PA not valid Nov 1 thru March 31. PA valid for 5 days, please see management for discount on longers stay. No tent camping. Cash or checks only. Pets welcome, must be on leash and cleaned up after (limit of two pets and NO Dobermans, Pitbulls, or Rottweillers). *Rates: 1 Person in RV (single) $20.91, PA $10.46. 2 People in RV $24.60, PA $12.30. $3.00 add'l for each extra person per day. Cable TV, $1.50 add'l per night.
