P.A. Discount is not valid from October 1st through April 30th. P.A. Membership MUST be mentioned at the of reservation. P.A. discount applies to the daily rate only. Pets must be leashed. No partial refunds for early departure. *All rates are based on 2 people, $6.00 for each additional person. Rates include tax.. A 25% deposit will be taken at the time of reservation. No refunds will be issued if reservation is cancelled within 30 days of arrival. RATES: $100.00/PA $50.00 for Non-waterfront FHU, $112.00PA $56.00 for Waterfront FHU.
