Just minutes away from world class fishing in Tampa Bay or North America's #1 rated Clearwater Beach, yet our greatest amenity is our quiet picturesque atmosphere that inspires creative artists and outdoorsmen alike. Located 6 miles from Ruskin/Sun City Center and 25 miles from Tampa and Bradenton/Sarasota. Paved roads, new washers and dryers in laundry, clean hot showers and bathhouse, modem friendly, clubhouse, boat docks and county access ramp to river, shuffleboard, horseshoes and white squirrels. From I-75, take Exit 240 B and go west to Rt. 41. Then go south on Rt. 41 approximately 3.4 miles and turn left onto Universal. Go 1/4 mile on Univeral then turn right onto Stephens Road. Follow Stephens Road until it dead ends at the river. Park is on the left and Hillsborough County Wildcat park with river access boat ramp is on right.
