P.A. discount is not valid December through April 1st. During the winter season (Oct - Apr) we are primarily a 55+ adult resort. However young visitors and families are always welcome. Please keep in mind that minor children must be accompanied by an adult. Pet friendly. *$3.00 additional charge for seasonal and holiday fee. $3.00 additional charge for utilities.
