Located within 2 miles from Seminole Town Center Mall (a two story five anchor mall) and a variety of restaurants, and nearby historical downtown Sanford which has an air of days past including antique shops, quaint cafe's and a river walk. Conveniently located between Orlando and Daytona Beach with access to Disney World and Daytona International Speedway while giving all the comforts of a relaxed wooded atmosphere.

From Orlando and Daytona: I-4 to Exit 101C (Do not use Exit 104, it is currently under construction). Turn onto SR 46 west, and go appx. 2 miles. Then, turn right onto Orange Blvd , and go 1 mile. The resort is on right.

Adult RV Resort; however, vacationing families are welcome. P.A. discount is not valid during Raceweek in February and Bikeweek in March. Discount is valid for 14 days. Credit cards accepted. Pet breeds and size restrictions, please call for details. *Rates are for two people, $5.00 for each additional person.
