Open year round, quiet and peaceful family campground located on the Catawba River. 19 Total RV sites on the Catawba River, some sites accommodate RV’s up to 50 ft. with 30 amp service. Bathrooms with showers, WiFi available for $5.00, dump station, covered pavilions, playground, fishing pond, river, ice, firewood, and laundry. Close to all major attractions in western North Carolina, 24 miles east of Asheville, Lat. Long. location is 35º 36.776’ and 82º 13.394’ at an elevation of 1730ft.

GPS: 35.613455N, -82.22345W Take I - 40 to Exit 73, Old Fort, NC. (18 miles east of Asheville, NC). Follow BLUE camping signs to Catawba River Road (this road intersects the Off Ramp from I - 40 from the West). Follow Catawba River Road three miles to campground on the left.

P.A. discount is valid Monday - Thursday. Passport America discount is not valid on major holidays. P.A. discount given on space-available basis. Reservations are not accepted with P.A. discount. CASH ONLY. Pets allowed. *$1.00 additional for electric heat and A/C. All rates are for two adults, two children under 10, $1.00 extra per additional person.
