Open year round. 62 total RV sites, can accommodate motorhomes of any size. 20/30/50 amp sites to accommodate all camping units. Comfort station, many pull-through sites, Cable TV, two swimming pools, five acre fishing lake, river frontage with access for fishing. Game room with three pool tables and video games, country camp store, propane sales, and scenic gazebo overlooking lake as well as two additional picnic shelters. Canoe and kayak rentals for lake. Children’s playground and basketball hoop.

GPS: 35.746526N, -79.72971W From north, south, or west reach the intersection of US 220 and US 64. Go east on US 64 about 6 miles. Turn north on Loflin Pond Rd between the Shell and BP gas stations. Travel about 1.5 miles to the intersection of McDowell Country Trail. Turn right follow the gravel road into the campground. From the east: Follow US 64 west. From the western edge of the town of Ramseur travel about 5 more miles to the intersection of Loflin Pond Rd. Turn right between the Shell and BP and follow the directions above.
