It is surrounded by a 32,000 acre working cattle ranch, situated above the San Augustin Flats and less than 6 miles from the Very Large Array visitor center. You will find a very serene atmosphere and will understand why this setting was chosen by cowboys many years ago as a place to worship and spend several days renewing old acquaintances and making new ones. Located 6 miles east of VLA, 24 miles east of Datil, 14 miles west of Magdalena, and 40 miles west of Socorro.
