Muskingum River State Park offers an opportunity to experience the nation's only remaining hand-operated lock system. GPS: 40.014445N, -82.107627W From I-70: take the State Street Exit in Zanesville. Then follow signs to State Route 146. The park entrance will be approximately 8 miles on the left.
