Turn right on Lone Mountain Rd. End at 169 Lone Mountain Road, O'Brien, OR 97534. From Crescent City: Turn LEFT onto US-101 N/ REDWOOD HWY. Merge onto US-199 N/ REDWOOD HWY via EXIT 794 toward TO I-5/ GRANTS PASS (Crossing into OREGON). (41.6 Miles) Turn LEFT onto LONE MOUNTAIN RD. End at 169 Lone Mountain Rd O Brien, OR 97534.
