53 total campsites (22 lakefront sites), can accommodate RVs up to 40 ft, 30 amp service, hot showers, restrooms, dump station, wireless internet available in office area, seating area just outside of office, picnic tables, fire rings, boat launching ramp, archery range, swimming beach on the lake, great fishing, volleyball, playground, paddle boat rentals, Friday night movies, every Saturday night live music and karaoke, open for hunting seasons (turkey, rabbit, deer). Located 12 miles from Carthage and 30 miles from Cookeville.

GPS: 36.231269N, -85.790841W From I-40, take Exit 258 (Gordonsville/Carthage). Turn north onto Highway 53 and travel several miles to 70N/53E. Turn right and travel approximately 7 miles. When you come to Chestnut Mound, turn left onto Highway 53 (70N continues going straight). Travel 2.4 miles to Enigma Road and turn right. Travel 2.5 miles and turn left onto the first road to the left. The park entrance will be on the left, a short distance after you turn.

Open year round - December, January and February Winter camping by reservation only (please call). P.A. discount is valid Sunday through Thursday. P.A. discount is not valid during Memorial Day, 4th of July & Labor Day three-day weekends. May tent camp on any site. Dogs allowed, but must have proof of rabies vaccination. Horses allowed all year except from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekend. Valid Tennessee license and proper stickers required to hunt. *Rates are for 2 people, $3.00 per night for each additional person. Primitive Camping Sites: $15.00, P.A.: $7.50. Electric &Water Sites: $24.00, P.A.: $12.00. Electric & Water Lakefront Sites: $26.00, P.A.: $13.00. Additional charge for RVs longer than 35 feet.
