Located in Walland TN, on the "Quiet Side of the Smokies" between Townsend & Maryville just off of Hwy 321.
When you get to Walland on Hwy 321, turn at the BP Gas Station & US Post Office and cross the Little River. As soon as you get off the bridge after crossing the Little River, turn LEFT onto Old Walland Hwy and the resort is ½ mile down Old Walland Hwy, on the side of the river.

P.A. discount is not valid during special events, holidays, and for groups or rallies. Reservations accepted by phone only 14 days before arrivals for discounted sites and drive-ups are welcome if space is available. Cash only. Credit cards are accepted for reservation deposit only.
