PASSPORT AMERICA AND CAMPGROUND AGREEMENT

PASSPORT AMERICA'S PROGRAM OFFERS CAMPERS THE OPPORTUNITY TO CAMP IN AFFORDABLE AND QUALITY CAMPGROUNDS. PASSPORT AMERICA PROVIDES A NO COST SERVICE TO CAMPGROUNDS, SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASING USAGE & PROFIT. FOR THIS PURPOSE, PASSPORT AMERICA AND THE UNDERSIGNED CAMPGROUND AGREE:

1. Each participating campground will sign this agreement with the following obligations agreed upon. The agreement is perpetual, and may be cancelled by either party upon 120 day written notice, received by September 1 of each year before the printing of the following year's annual International Camping Directory. Campground agrees to honor Passport America cardholders for the entire year listing in the Passport America directory. Each year the campground will be mailed an information sheet to make all changes necessary for the following year's ad at no charge to the campground owner.

2. Passport America is not a franchise and it is not involved in the management of properties. No investment in Passport America is accepted from any campground.

3. Participating campgrounds agree to provide sites upon space availability. No designated percentage need be reserved.

4. The spaces available to Passport America cardholders will be rented at 50% of the regular rate.

5. Each park will provide Passport America cardholders with a clean, secure and friendly place to camp and in general afford Passport America cardholders the same rights and privileges offered its regular customers.
