Join us in Historic Crestview Florida for a unique rally experience of FUN and Entertainment. Our home office and staff is located in Crestview and we have pulled together many local resources to provide you with the Maximum VIP Experience compared to other rallies.   • Thursday Evening 5:30-830pm PIZZA / Beverages & KARAOKE Fun for Adults and Kids. Professional Sound & Stage equipment with an Unlimited selection of songs/music to choose from.
  • Friday 26th 7:30-9:30am BREAKFAST: Crestview Famous Freshly made Donuts and Starbucks Coffee
  • Friday 26th, 10:00am Dance instructors will be teaching Fred Astair Tango Dances FREE. You will be doing the Tango in No time. (Optional)
  • Friday 26th, GOLF TOURNAMENT: TEE OFF is at 8:30am at Foxwood Country Club. Use your own transportation or check the board at the Information Center and carpool to the golf course. Lots of prizes. Additional Registration will be needed.
  • Friday 26th, 10:00am HORSESHOE TOURNAMENT (Prizes Given)
  • 24 Hour FREE PIZZA Parlor. You'll have a variety of Warm slices to choose from. Pizza served on the Fairgrounds
  • Friday 26th, 3:30pm Visit Vendors & Exhibits
  • Friday Evening 5:00pm Full course CATERED DINNER. Pensacola STEEL will be Entertaining you this evening with Exciting Island, Tropical, Beach and Buffet Music on beautiful sparkling Chrome Caribbean STEEL DRUMS
  • Friday Evening 6:30pm Texas Hold'em Tournament (FREE FUNNY MONEY). ALSO ENTERTAINMENT, Bingo, Karaoke FUN FOR Adults & Kids, & Fred Astair Tango Dance RECITAL (LOTS OF PRIZES WILL BE GIVEN OUT)
  • Saturday, 27th 7:30-9:30am BREAKFAST: Scrambled Eggs, Ham, Croissant , Fruits, Starbucks Coffee and Juice
  • Saturday, 27th 1:00pm GET READY FOR COUNTRY MUSIC. Many bands will perform starting with some Old Blue Grass, to Classic Country Music, and working their way up to Modern Country Star SHANE OWENS performing his Top 10 Hits. Get prepared to be the VIP with stage seating. Also, BARBEQUE DINNERS will be available, HORSESHOE, VENDORS, NEW RV'S AND Much More.
  • Walking Track on the Fairgrounds (4 Times around is 1 Mile)
  • Leisure GOLF OUTING (Optional) Additional registration and fees will be needed

  • All the meals listed are included in the registration prices. Each attendee will receive a discounted ticket for the Barbeque dinner on Saturday, March 27th.

We are offering 250 Electric hookups that will be available from 9 a.m. Thursday, 3/25/2010 until 9 a.m. Monday, 3/29/2010. The Electric service will be 30 amps. An additional 10 gauge cord may be necessary if your cord does not reach the front of your RV 30-amp receptacle. Electric spaces are available on first registered first served basis.

Approximately 100 additional places for Dry Camping

There will be water outlets available to fill your holding tanks if needed.

Dry Camping will give you many unique shaded locations throughout the Fairgrounds to park. Approximately 300 additional places for Dry Camping will be available.

Price includes 4 Nights of Camping, EARLY BIRDS may arrive only on Wednesday 24th. Electricity paying Early Birds add $10. DRY Camping Early Birds FREE. Move in will be on Thursday, March 25th, 2010.

No dump stations; a HONEY WAGON will be available to you on site if needed. A Dump Station may be provided off the Fairground premises. Location will be given on a later date.

Most of the Rally activities will not be open to the public. However, we will be inviting families to come see the new RV displays and to listen to the music on Saturday. (No alcohol allowed)
